Mikhail Gorchtein, Jens Erler, Tobias Hurth, Hubert Spiesberger,, Krishna Kumar, Michael J. Ramsey-Musolf, Harvey B. Meyer

TL;DR
This white paper reviews the current understanding and open questions regarding the theoretical uncertainty of the $b3$-Z box contribution to the parity-violating asymmetry measurement in the QWEAK experiment, highlighting the need for improved precision in electroweak tests.
Contribution
It provides a comprehensive summary of the state-of-the-art and identifies key open questions about the theory uncertainty in the $b3$-Z box correction relevant for the QWEAK experiment.
Findings
Current theoretical models have uncertainties impacting the interpretation of $A_{PV}$ measurements.
Identified open questions in calculating the $b3$-Z box contribution.
Discussion of future directions to reduce theory uncertainties.
Abstract
We review the state-of-the-art and address open questions relative to the theory uncertainty of the box contribution to the measurement within the QWEAK experiment at Jefferson Lab. This white paper summarizes the contributions by participants and discussion sessions on this topic within the MITP Workshop on Precision Electroweak Physics held in Mainz, Germany, September 23 - October 11, 2013 \url{http://indico.cern.ch/conferenceDisplay.py?confId=248072
