Warp products and (2+1) dimensional spacetimes
Soon-Tae Hong, Yeji Kim

TL;DR
This paper explores the geometry of (2+1) dimensional spacetimes, specifically the Banados-Teitelboim-Zanelli solutions, using the multiply warped product framework to understand their interior physical properties.
Contribution
It introduces a method to analyze (2+1) dimensional spacetimes through explicit warp functions within the multiply warped product scheme, providing new geometric insights.
Findings
Explicit warp functions constructed for these spacetimes
Analysis of interior physical properties achieved
Enhanced understanding of (2+1) dimensional geometries
Abstract
We investigate the geometrical aspects of the extended (2+1) dimensional Banados-Teitelboim-Zanelli spacetimes in the multiply warped product scheme. To do this, we analyze the interior physical properties by constructing the explicit warp functions in these regions.
