Hidden Lorentz symmetry of the Horava - Lifshitz gravity
Jakub Rembielinski

TL;DR
This paper reveals that Horava-Lifshitz gravity, which typically breaks Lorentz symmetry, can actually admit a form of Lorentz symmetry through a preferred global time foliation, challenging previous assumptions.
Contribution
It demonstrates the existence of a hidden Lorentz symmetry in Horava-Lifshitz gravity via a preferred global time foliation.
Findings
Lorentz symmetry can be preserved in Horava-Lifshitz gravity.
A preferred global time foliation exists in the theory.
This challenges the common view of Lorentz symmetry breaking in such models.
Abstract
In this letter it is shown that the Horava-Lifshitz gravity theory admits Lorentz symmetry preserving preferred global time foliation of the spacetime.
