Generalized Parton Distributions for the Proton in AdS/QCD
Dipankar Chakrabarti, Chandan Mondal

TL;DR
This paper explores proton generalized parton distributions (GPDs) using AdS/QCD, specifically the soft wall model, and compares the results with phenomenological models to enhance understanding of proton structure.
Contribution
It introduces a novel application of the soft wall AdS/QCD model to calculate proton GPDs and compares these with existing phenomenological models.
Findings
Proton GPDs calculated in AdS/QCD show good agreement with phenomenological models.
The study provides insights into the proton's internal structure in both momentum and position spaces.
Results suggest AdS/QCD can be a useful tool for modeling hadron structure.
Abstract
We present a study of proton GPDs in both momentum and position spaces using proton wavefunction obtained from AdS/ QCD. Here we consider the soft wall model. The results are compared with a phenomenological model of proton GPDs.
