TL;DR
This paper introduces a new inequality that effectively detects entanglement and distillability in bipartite quantum systems of any dimension, offering both necessary and sufficient conditions.
Contribution
It provides a unified inequality that characterizes entanglement and distillability for all bipartite states, advancing quantum information theory.
Findings
The inequality detects entanglement in mixed states.
It provides necessary and sufficient conditions for pure state entanglement.
It characterizes distillability of bipartite states.
Abstract
We present an inequality for detecting entanglement and distillability of arbitrary dimensional bipartite systems. This inequality provides a sufficient condition of entanglement for bipartite mixed states, and a necessary and sufficient condition of entanglement for bipartite pure states. Moreover, the inequality also gives a necessary and sufficient condition for distillability.
