Randall-Sundrum model with a small curvature and dielectron production at the LHC
A.V. Kisselev

TL;DR
This paper analyzes dielectron production at the LHC within the Randall-Sundrum model with small curvature, deriving limits on the 5D gravity scale based on current and projected collider data.
Contribution
It provides new exclusion limits on the 5D gravity scale in the RSSC model using LHC dielectron data at different energies and luminosities.
Findings
Exclusion limit on M_5 is 6.35 TeV at 7 and 8 TeV LHC data.
Projected limit on M_5 is 8.95 TeV at 13 TeV with 30 fb-1.
Limits are independent of kappa when kappa << M_5.
Abstract
In the framework Randall-Sundrum-like scenario with the small curvature kappa (RSSC model), p_t-distributions for the dielectron production at the LHC are calculated. For the summary statistics taken at 7 TeV (L = 5 fb-1) and 8 TeV (L = 20 fb-1), the exclusion limit on the 5-dimensional gravity scale M_5 is found to be 6.35 TeV at 95% C.L. For sqrt(s) = 13 TeV and integrated luminosity 30 fb-1, the LHC search limit is estimated to be 8.95 TeV. These limits on M_5 are independent of kappa, provided the relation kappa << M_5 is satisfied.
