Numerical Simulation of Cosmic String Motion in Peres Background
Sergey Roshchupkin, Alexey Zhovtan

TL;DR
This paper investigates the complex dynamics of closed cosmic strings in Peres background through numerical simulations, revealing intricate oscillations, loop formations, and cusp developments.
Contribution
It introduces a finite-difference numerical method to simulate cosmic string motion in Peres background, highlighting complex behaviors not previously detailed.
Findings
Strings exhibit complex oscillations and deformations.
Formation of loops and cusps during evolution.
Motion is highly intricate and non-linear.
Abstract
The dynamics of closed cosmic strings in Peres background, using finite-difference method, has been considered. It is shown that motion of the strings is very complicated and its perform complex oscillations and deformed to form loops and cusps.
