A Solution of Simultaneous Recurrences
Mark Korenblit, Vadim E. Levit

TL;DR
This paper explores methods for solving simultaneous recurrences, focusing on transforming matrix recurrences into regular ones and solving specific third-order matrix recurrences through decomposition into second-order recurrences.
Contribution
It introduces a novel approach for solving special third-order matrix recurrences by decomposing them into second-order recurrences, enhancing solution techniques for complex recurrences.
Findings
Transformation of matrix recurrences to regular recurrences
Decomposition method for third-order matrix recurrences
Effective solution strategies for specific matrix recurrences
Abstract
The paper is devoted to the methods of solving simultaneous recurrences. Specifically, we discuss transformation of matrix recurrences to regular recurrences and propose a way of solving special matrix recurrences of order three by their decomposition to matrix recurrences of order two.
