Abstract
Since physical theories employ mathematical models to describe and predict physical phenomena, our knowledge depends on the models available to that end. To increase their scope we present a particular type of simplified models, serial models. Using the first few terms of a Taylor series, these models provide some information about difficult and complex problems. In this paper, they describe the long-term dynamics of a special type of rigid bodies at small and slowly changing external forces.
