TL;DR
This paper predicts new hidden beauty baryon states around 11 GeV using a coupled channel approach combining heavy quark spin symmetry and local hidden gauge dynamics, identifying four bound states with specific quantum numbers.
Contribution
It introduces a novel combined theoretical framework to predict hidden beauty baryon states, expanding understanding of heavy quark dynamics in meson-baryon interactions.
Findings
Four bound states with 50-130 MeV binding energy identified
States decay mainly into η_b N and Υ N
No bound states found in isospin 3/2 channel
Abstract
Using a coupled channel unitary approach, combining the heavy quark spin symmetry and the dynamics of the local hidden gauge, we investigate the meson-baryon interaction with hidden beauty and obtain several new states of around 11 GeV. We consider the basis of states , , , , , , and find four basic bound states which correspond to , , and , decaying mostly into and and with a binding energy about 50-130 MeV with respect to the thresholds of the corresponding channel. All of them have isospin , and there are no bound states or resonances in . The state appears in , the in , the appears nearly degenerate in and the $B^*…
