Junfeng Sun, Zhengjun Xiong, Yueling Yang, Gongru Lu

TL;DR
This paper investigates the rare $B_s$ meson decays into charmonium and D mesons using perturbative QCD, estimating very small branching ratios and discussing the potential for experimental observation.
Contribution
It provides the first detailed perturbative QCD calculations of $B_s$ decays to $ ext{eta}_c$ and $J/ ext{psi}$ with different wave functions, estimating their branching ratios.
Findings
Branching ratios are estimated to be around 10^{-7} to 10^{-9}.
Largest uncertainties stem from the choice of wave functions.
Decays may be measurable in upcoming experiments.
Abstract
The -exchange process is studied with the perturbative QCD approach. Three kinds of wave functions for meson and two forms of wave functions for charmonium are considered. It is estimated that branching ratios for , , , decays are the order of , , , , respectively, where the largest uncertainty is from wave functions. There is a possibility for measuring these decay in the near future.
