Resampling Approach to the Estimation of the Aircraft Circulation Plan Reliability
Maxim Fioshin

TL;DR
This paper applies a resampling statistical method to estimate the reliability of aircraft circulation plans, demonstrating its effectiveness especially with small sample sizes.
Contribution
It introduces a resampling-based algorithm for assessing aircraft circulation plan reliability and evaluates its variance as a measure of effectiveness.
Findings
Resampling method effectively estimates reliability with small samples.
Variance of estimators calculated to measure method effectiveness.
Algorithm demonstrated for aircraft circulation plan assessment.
Abstract
The paper illustrates an application of the Resampling approach [2] for the estimation of the aircraft circulation plan reliability. Resampling is an intensive computer statistical method, which can be used effectively in the case of small samples. Algorithm of the Resampling method for the given task is illustrated and variance of obtained estimators is calculated, which is the measure of the method effectiveness.
