Reproducing the $Z_c(3900)$ structure through the initial-single-pion-emission mechanism
Dian-Yong Chen, Xiang Liu, Takayuki Matsuki

TL;DR
This paper demonstrates that the $Z_c(3900)$ structure observed in experiments can be reproduced by modeling the decay of $Y(4260)$ through the initial-single-pion-emission mechanism, including interference effects, matching experimental data.
Contribution
The study introduces a detailed analysis of the $Z_c(3900)$ structure using the ISPE mechanism with interference effects, providing a new explanation consistent with experimental observations.
Findings
Successfully reproduces the $Z_c(3900)$ structure in invariant mass spectra.
Shows agreement between theoretical calculations and BESIII experimental data.
Highlights the importance of interference effects in decay mechanisms.
Abstract
Being stimulated by the recent BESIII observation of a charged charmoniumlike structure , in this work we study the distributions of the and invariant mass spectra of the decay by the initial-single-pion-emission mechanism, where the interference effects of the ISPE mechanism with two other decay modes are also taken into account. The obtained and marvelously agree with the BESIII data to reproduce the structure.
