Abstract
The wave equation for spin-0 massless particles with the Lorentz violating term leading to varying speed of particles is considered. This equation is represented as the first-order 66 matrix equation. Solutions of the equation in the form of projection matrix are obtained. The Schr\"{o}dinger form of the equation is obtained and the quantum-mechanical Hamiltonian is found.
