Extraction of the CP-violating phase $\gamma$ using $B \to K \pi \pi$ and $B \to K K {\bar K}$ decays
Bhubanjyoti Bhattacharya, Maxime Imbeault, and David London

TL;DR
This paper presents a method to extract the CP-violating phase gamma from B meson decay Dalitz plots, identifying multiple solutions and highlighting the potential for reduced statistical errors with detailed data analysis.
Contribution
The study introduces a Dalitz-plot technique for cleanly determining gamma from specific B decay modes, revealing multiple solutions and their consistency with the Standard Model.
Findings
Four solutions for gamma identified: 32°, 259°, 315°, and 77°.
Three solutions are inconsistent with the Standard Model.
One solution at 77° aligns with the Standard Model.
Abstract
Using the B{\sc a}B{\sc ar}\ measurements of the Dalitz plots for , , , , and decays, we demonstrate that it is possible to cleanly extract the weak phase . We find four possible solutions. Three of these -- , , and -- are in disagreement with the SM, while one -- -- is consistent with the SM. An advantage of this Dalitz-plot method is that one can obtain many independent measurements of , thereby reducing its statistical error. An accurate determination of the errors, however, requires detailed knowledge of the data.
