TL;DR
This paper investigates how nonlocal solitons move within fading optical lattices, revealing that their mobility depends on lattice decay and nonlocality, enabling potential all-optical light control.
Contribution
It introduces the study of soliton mobility in fading optical lattices with nonlocal nonlinearity, highlighting the influence of decay rate and nonlocality on soliton dynamics.
Findings
Soliton mobility varies with lattice decay rate.
Nonlocality degree affects soliton movement.
Potential for all-optical light control.
Abstract
We study the soliton mobility in nonlocal nonlinear media with an imprinted fading optical lattice. The results show that the transverse mobility of solitons varies with the lattice decay rate and the nonlocality degree, which provides an opportunity for all-optical control of light.
