A.P.Kobushkin, E.A.Strokovsky

TL;DR
This paper investigates the momentum distributions and spin-dependent observables in helium-3 and deuteron breakup reactions, emphasizing the role of the D_2 parameter in small relative momentum regions and extracting its value for deuterons.
Contribution
It provides a detailed analysis of the D_2 parameter's influence on spin observables and offers new extraction of this parameter for deuterons based on experimental data.
Findings
D_2 parameter is crucial for spin observables at small momenta
Extracted D_2 value for deuteron from existing data
Enhanced understanding of breakup reaction dynamics
Abstract
We analyze the momentum distributions of constituents in 3He, as well as the spin-dependent observables for (3He,d), (3He,p), and (d,p) breakup reactions. Special attention is paid to the region of small relative momenta of the helium-3 and the deuteron constituents, where a single parameter, D_2, has determining role for the spin-dependent observables. We extract also this parameter for the deuteron, basing on existing data for the tensor analyzing power of this reaction.
