New digital signature protocol based on elliptic curves
Ounasser Abid, Jaouad Ettanfouhi, Omar Khadir

TL;DR
This paper introduces a new elliptic curve-based digital signature protocol that offers a potentially secure alternative to existing systems, emphasizing efficiency and security improvements.
Contribution
It presents a novel digital signature scheme derived from a variant of ElGamal, tailored for elliptic curves, enhancing security and efficiency.
Findings
The protocol is efficient in computational performance.
Security analysis shows robustness against known attacks.
It serves as a secure fallback if existing systems are compromised.
Abstract
In this work, a new digital signature based on elliptic curves is presented. We established its efficiency and security. The method, derived from a variant of ElGamal signature scheme, can be seen as a secure alternative protocol if known systems are completely broken.
