A. V. Latyshev, A. A. Yushkanov

TL;DR
This paper derives a practical formula for the dielectric function in quantum and classical collisional plasmas and compares their longitudinal dielectric responses graphically.
Contribution
It provides a transformed, research-friendly formula for the dielectric function and offers a comparative analysis between quantum and classical plasma responses.
Findings
Quantum and classical plasmas show different dielectric behaviors.
The transformed formula facilitates further research in plasma dielectric properties.
Graphical comparisons highlight key differences in plasma responses.
Abstract
The formula for dielectric function of non-degenerate and maxwellian collisional plasmas is transformed to the form, convenient for research. Graphic comparison of longitudinal dielectric functions of quantum and classical non-degenerate collisional plasmas is made.
