Running Coupling Evolution for Diffractive Dissociation and the NLO Odderon Intercept
Yuri V. Kovchegov

TL;DR
This paper discusses the impact of running coupling corrections on the evolution equation for diffractive dissociation and predicts that the NLO QCD odderon intercept is zero, based on theoretical analysis.
Contribution
It introduces the inclusion of running coupling corrections into the nonlinear evolution equation for diffractive dissociation and predicts a zero NLO QCD odderon intercept.
Findings
Running coupling corrections modify the evolution equation.
The NLO QCD odderon intercept is predicted to be zero.
The results are based on theoretical analysis and discussions from the Diffraction 2012 Workshop.
Abstract
We summarize the results of including running coupling corrections into the nonlinear evolution equation for diffractive dissociation. We also document a prediction that the NLO QCD odderon intercept is zero resulting from a discussion at the Diffraction 2012 Workshop.
