Complex masses of resonances and the Cornell potential
M.N. Sergeenko

TL;DR
This paper investigates the properties of the Cornell potential within a complex-mass framework, deriving a resonance mass formula and calculating the masses and widths of rho-family resonances.
Contribution
It introduces a novel complex-mass scheme for the Cornell potential and derives an exact asymptotic resonance mass formula.
Findings
Derived a resonance complex-mass formula using asymptotic solutions.
Calculated the centered masses and total widths of rho-family resonances.
Provided insights into the physical properties of the Cornell potential in the complex-mass scheme.
Abstract
Physical properties of the Cornell potential in the complex-mass scheme are investigated. Two exact asymptotic solutions of relativistic wave equation for the coulombic and linear components of the potential are used to derive the resonance complex-mass formula. The centered masses and total widths of the -family resonances are calculated.
