TL;DR
This paper develops a method to reconstruct f(T) modified gravity models based on holographic dark energy, aiming to unify dark matter and dark energy explanations within a single framework.
Contribution
It introduces a novel reconstruction scheme for f(T) gravity using holographic energy density, linking modified gravity with holographic dark energy models.
Findings
Derived a specific f(T) gravity action consistent with holographic dark energy.
Provided a framework to unify dark matter and dark energy within f(T) gravity.
Established a connection between holographic energy density and modified teleparallel gravity.
Abstract
Among different candidates to play the role of Dark Energy (DE), modified gravity has emerged as offering a possible unification of Dark Matter (DM) and DE. The purpose of this work is to develop a reconstruction scheme for the modified gravity with action using holographic energy density. In the framework of the said modified gravity we have considered the equation of state of the Holographic DE (HDE) density. Subsequently we have developed a reconstruction scheme for modified gravity with action. Finally we have obtained a modified gravity action consistent with the HDE scenario.
