A.V. Efremov, I.F. Ginzburg, A.V. Radyushkin

TL;DR
This paper explores how perturbative QCD can be applied to high energy soft processes, demonstrating that summing lowest twist operators yields Regge-like amplitudes for non-singlet channels and discussing the singlet case.
Contribution
It introduces a method to derive Regge-like amplitudes from perturbative QCD by summing lowest twist operators in high energy soft processes.
Findings
Regge-like amplitudes emerge from summing lowest twist operators in non-singlet channels.
The paper discusses the extension of this approach to singlet channels.
Provides insights into the applicability of perturbative QCD to soft high energy processes.
Abstract
We discuss some problems concerning the application of perturbative QCD to high energy soft processes. We show that summing the contributions of the lowest twist operators for non-singlet -channel leads to a Regge-like amplitude. Singlet case is also discussed.
