TL;DR
This paper reports on the measurement of elliptic flow of J/ψ particles at forward rapidity in Pb-Pb collisions at 2.76 TeV, providing insights into the quark-gluon plasma properties and charm quark behavior.
Contribution
It presents the first measurement of J/ψ elliptic flow at forward rapidity in Pb-Pb collisions at LHC energies, including detailed centrality and transverse momentum dependence.
Findings
J/ψ elliptic flow observed at forward rapidity
Comparison with RHIC data and theoretical models
Centrality dependence of integrated elliptic flow
Abstract
We present the elliptic flow of inclusive J/ measured in the channel at forward rapidity (), down to zero transverse momentum, in Pb-Pb collisions at TeV with the ALICE muon spectrometer. The dependence of J/ in non-central (20%-60%) Pb-Pb collisions at TeV is compared with existing measurements at RHIC and theoretical calculations. The centrality dependence of the -integrated elliptic flow, as well as the dependence in several finer centrality classes is presented.
