E.S. Demidov, E.D. Pavlova, A.I. Bobrov

TL;DR
This paper demonstrates that silicon doped with manganese via laser plasma techniques forms a diamond-like crystal structure, contributing to the development of silicon-based high-temperature ferromagnetic materials.
Contribution
It provides evidence for the diamond-like structure of manganese-doped silicon, advancing understanding of silicon-based magnetic semiconductors.
Findings
Silicon doped with manganese exhibits a diamond-like crystal structure.
The doping process results in a self-organized superlattice distribution of manganese.
The material shows potential for high-temperature ferromagnetic applications.
Abstract
We extend the results of our previous papers in order to prove the diamond like crystal structure of the deposited from laser plasma doped by manganese silicon diluted magnetic semiconductor.
