Minimal seesaw models and minimal lepton flavor violation
Audrey Deg\'ee

TL;DR
This paper explores how a global U(1)_R symmetry influences minimal lepton flavor violation in type-I seesaw models, focusing on charged lepton flavor violation processes like mu to e gamma and mu to 3e.
Contribution
It introduces new minimal seesaw models with R-symmetry and analyzes their implications for charged lepton flavor violation phenomenology.
Findings
R-symmetry constrains neutrino mass models
Predictions for mu to e gamma and mu to 3e rates
Different R-charge assignments lead to distinct models
Abstract
We study the implications of the global symmetry present in minimal lepton flavor violating implementations of the seesaw mechanism for neutrino masses. Our discussion is done in the context of explicit minimal type-I seesaw scenarios, where depending on the R-charge assignment different models can be constructed. We study the charged lepton flavor violating phenomenology of a concrete realization paying special attention to and .
