Dian-Yong Chen, Xiang Liu, Takayuki Matsuki

TL;DR
This paper applies the ISPE mechanism to bottomonium decays, successfully reproduces observed structures, and predicts similar phenomena in charmonium decays near open charm thresholds.
Contribution
It demonstrates the effectiveness of the ISPE mechanism in explaining $Z_b$ structures and extends predictions to charmonium decay processes.
Findings
Reproduced $Z_b(10610)$ and $Z_b(10650)$ structures successfully.
Predicted similar enhancement structures in charmonium decays.
Validated the ISPE mechanism as a tool for understanding heavy quarkonium decays.
Abstract
The initial single pion emission (ISPE) mechanism is applied to the processes whose details have been recently reported at ICHEP2012 and we obtain reasonable agreement with Bell's measurements, i.e., we succeed in reproducing the enhancement structures of and . Inspired by this success, we predict the corresponding enhancement structures in higher charmonia open charm pion decay near the thresholds of and .
