Arjun Bagchi, Stephane Detournay, Daniel Grumiller

TL;DR
This paper presents evidence for a holographic duality between a flat-space gravitational theory derived from topologically massive gravity and a chiral two-dimensional conformal field theory with central charge 24.
Contribution
It establishes the first evidence of a holographic correspondence in flat space between a specific gravity theory and a chiral CFT.
Findings
Holographic duality is supported between flat-space gravity and a chiral CFT.
The gravitational theory is a flat-space limit of topologically massive gravity at level k=1.
The dual field theory is a chiral 2D CFT with central charge c=24.
Abstract
We provide the first evidence for a holographic correspondence between a gravitational theory in flat space and a specific unitary field theory in one dimension lower. The gravitational theory is a flat-space limit of topologically massive gravity in three dimensions at Chern-Simons level k=1. The field theory is a chiral two-dimensional conformal field theory with central charge c=24.
