On quantum plasma: a plea for a common sense
J. Vranjes, B. P. Pandey, S. Poedts

TL;DR
This paper critically examines the widespread use of quantum plasma theory, questioning its physical validity and relevance to real systems, and advocates for a more grounded approach.
Contribution
It challenges the assumptions and physical basis of quantum plasma theory, urging for a more realistic and physically justified framework.
Findings
Limited physical grounds for quantum plasma applications
Questioning the validity of current quantum plasma models
Call for more physically grounded plasma theories
Abstract
The quantum plasma theory has flourished in the past few years without much regard to the physical validity of the formulation or its connection to any real physical system. It is argued here that there is a very limited physical ground for the application of such a theory.
