TL;DR
This paper uses Lipatov's effective action to compute the two-loop gluon Regge trajectory, advancing the understanding of high-energy QCD corrections beyond leading order.
Contribution
It introduces a regularisation and subtraction method enabling consistent two-loop calculations within Lipatov's formalism.
Findings
Successful computation of the two-loop gluon Regge trajectory.
Validation of the regularisation/subtraction prescription.
Enhanced precision in high-energy QCD predictions.
Abstract
Lipatov's high-energy effective action is a useful tool for computations in the Regge limit beyond leading order. Recently, a regularisation/subtraction prescription has been proposed that allows to apply this formalism to calculate next-to-leading order corrections in a consistent way. We illustrate this procedure with the computation of the gluon Regge trajectory at two loops.
