Scotogenic $A_4$ Neutrino Model for Nonzero $\theta_{13}$ and Large $\delta_{CP}$
Ernest Ma, Alexander Natale, and Ahmed Rashed

TL;DR
This paper proposes a neutrino mass model based on the $A_4$ symmetry and dark matter interactions, explaining nonzero $ heta_{13}$ and large CP violation, compatible with various neutrino mass hierarchies.
Contribution
It introduces a scotogenic $A_4$-based model that naturally accounts for nonzero $ heta_{13}$ and large $ heta_{CP}$ in neutrino mixing.
Findings
Model accommodates normal and inverted hierarchies.
Predicts large leptonic CP violation.
Supports quasi-degenerate neutrino masses.
Abstract
Assuming that neutrinos acquire radiative seesaw Majorana masses through their interactions with dark matter, i.e. scotogenic from the Greek 'scotos' meaning darkness, and using the non-Abelian discrete symmetry , we propose a model of neutrino masses and mixing with nonzero and necessarily large leptonic CP violation, allowing both the normal and inverted hierarchies of neutrino masses, as well as quasi-degenerate solutions.
