Triangulating an exotic T quark
Kanishka Rao, Daniel Whiteson

TL;DR
This paper broadens the search for an exotic T quark by combining multiple decay mode analyses, establishing strong mass bounds across all possible decay branching ratios.
Contribution
It introduces a comprehensive method to set limits on the T quark by integrating various decay channels and reinterpretation of existing searches.
Findings
Mass bounds range from 415 GeV to 557 GeV at 95% confidence level.
Strong constraints across the entire decay branching ratio space.
Unified analysis improves sensitivity over individual channel searches.
Abstract
Limits on an exotic heavy quark are broadly generalized by considering the full range of or branching ratios. We combine results of specific and searches with limits on various combinations of decay modes evaluated by re-interpreting other searches. We find strong bounds across the entire space of branching ratios, ranging from GeV to GeV at 95% confidence level.
