On the periodic solutions of a generalized smooth or non-smooth perturbed planar double pendulum
Douglas Duarte Novaes, Jaume Llibre, Marco Antonio Teixeira

TL;DR
This paper establishes conditions under which small-amplitude periodic solutions exist in a generalized planar double pendulum system, accommodating both smooth and non-smooth perturbations.
Contribution
It introduces sufficient criteria for periodic solutions in a perturbed double pendulum, extending analysis to non-smooth perturbations.
Findings
Sufficient conditions for periodic solutions are derived.
Results apply to both smooth and non-smooth perturbations.
The work broadens understanding of pendulum dynamics under various perturbations.
Abstract
We provide sufficient conditions for the existence of periodic solutions with small amplitude of the non--linear planar double pendulum perturbed by smooth or non--smooth functions.
