TL;DR
This paper presents a theoretical analysis of two coupled Jaynes-Cummings systems, focusing on their energy spectrum, stationary states, and dielectric properties when sharing a single quantum of energy.
Contribution
It introduces a framework for analyzing coupled Jaynes-Cummings cells, highlighting their combined energy states and susceptibility in a shared quantum regime.
Findings
Derived the energy spectrum of the coupled system
Characterized stationary states and dielectric susceptibility
Provided insights into quantum sharing in coupled cavities
Abstract
We develop a theoretical framework to evaluate the energy spectrum, stationary states, and dielectric susceptibility of two Jaynes-Cummings systems coupled together by the overlap of their respective longitudinal field modes, and we solve and characterize the combined system for the case that the two atoms and two cavities share a single quantum of energy.
