Matthias Edelhoff (for the CMS collaboration)

TL;DR
This paper reports a search for supersymmetry in events with two leptons including a tau, using CMS data at 7 TeV, finding no significant deviation from the Standard Model.
Contribution
It introduces a search strategy for supersymmetry involving tau leptons in CMS data at 7 TeV, with no prior results reported for this specific channel.
Findings
No significant excess over Standard Model predictions
Limits set on supersymmetry models involving tau leptons
Analysis based on 1 fb^-1 of CMS data at 7 TeV
Abstract
Searches for new physics in events with hadronic jets, missing transverse energy, and two leptons of which at least one is a hadronically decaying tau are presented. The result is based on a data sample corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 1 at a center-of-mass energy of 7 TeV collected by the CMS experiment at the LHC. No significant excess with respect to the standard model predictions is found.
