L. Fruchter, F. Bouquet, Z. Z. Li

TL;DR
This study uses point-contact spectroscopy to investigate the superconducting gap and related features in electron-doped Sr$_{0.88}$La$_{0.12}$CuO$_2$ thin films, revealing detailed electronic properties.
Contribution
It provides new spectroscopic insights into the superconducting gap and features of electron-doped Sr$_{0.88}$La$_{0.12}$CuO$_2$ thin films.
Findings
Clear evidence of the superconducting gap.
Identification of resistance peaks at the gap voltage.
Observation of a two-step resistance decrease.
Abstract
We report on the spectra of point-contacts made on SrLaCuO thin films. Besides a clear evidence for the superconducting gap, we discuss the origin of specific features, such as resistance peaks at the gap voltage and the occurrence of a two-steps resistance decrease.
