$\pi^0\to\gamma^*\gamma$ transition form factor within Light Front Quark Model
Chong-Chung Lih, Chao-Qiang Geng

TL;DR
This paper calculates the $c0^0 ob3^*b3$ transition form factor using the Light Front Quark Model, showing good agreement with experimental data, especially at high momentum transfer.
Contribution
The study provides a detailed calculation of the transition form factor within the LFQM and compares it with experimental data and previous models.
Findings
Predicted form factor aligns well with BaBar data at high $Q^2$.
The model accurately describes the $Q^2$ dependence of the form factor.
Results support the validity of LFQM for meson transition processes.
Abstract
We study the transition form factor of as a function of the momentum transfer within the light-front quark model (LFQM). We compare our result with the experimental data by BaBar as well as other calculations based on the LFQM in the literature. We show that our predicted form factor fits well with the experimental data, particularly those at the large region.
