TL;DR
This paper discusses theoretical predictions for weak boson pair production with two jets at the LHC, focusing on next-to-leading order QCD corrections and their implementation in simulation frameworks.
Contribution
It provides detailed NLO QCD calculations for specific weak boson pair plus two jets processes and integrates these with parton shower simulations using POWHEG BOX.
Findings
NLO QCD corrections for $pp\to W^+W^+jj$ and $pp\to W^+W^-jj$ are computed.
The interfacing with parton shower frameworks is demonstrated.
Enhanced accuracy in theoretical predictions for weak boson plus jets processes.
Abstract
In this talk, I outline theoretical predictions for weak boson pair production in association with two jets at the LHC. I will discuss the next-to-leading order QCD corrections to the processes and , and the interfacing of with a parton shower using the {\tt POWHEG BOX} framework.
