Limitations to sharing entanglement
Jeong San Kim, Gilad Gour, Barry C. Sanders

TL;DR
This paper explores the fundamental limitations on sharing entanglement among multiple quantum systems, focusing on monogamy constraints for pure and mixed states across qubits and qudits.
Contribution
It provides a pedagogical overview of monogamy of entanglement, illustrating simple examples and extending to general mixed-state relations for multiple qudits.
Findings
Pure three-qubit states exhibit limited entanglement sharing.
Monogamy relations extend to mixed states with multiple qudits.
The paper clarifies fundamental constraints on entanglement distribution.
Abstract
We discuss limitations to sharing entanglement known as monogamy of entanglement. Our pedagogical approach commences with simple examples of limited entanglement sharing for pure three-qubit states and progresses to the more general case of mixed-state monogamy relations with multiple qudits.
