New look at geometrical scaling
Michal Praszalowicz

TL;DR
This paper explores the emergence of geometrical scaling in proton-proton and heavy ion collisions at high energies, analyzing its properties and signatures through multiplicity spectrum ratios.
Contribution
It provides a new perspective on geometrical scaling in high-energy collisions and discusses simple signatures like multiplicity spectrum ratios.
Findings
Geometrical scaling observed in pp and heavy ion collisions.
Ratios of $p_T$ values serve as signatures of GS.
Discussion of general properties of geometrical scaling.
Abstract
In this note we discuss emergence of geometrical scaling (firstly proposed for deep inelastic collisions) in pp scattering at the LHC and in heavy ion collisions at RHIC. After discussing general properties of geometrical scaling (GS) we focus on simple signatures of GS, namely on ratios of the values at which multiplicity spectra for different energies are equal.
