N.D.Tracas, G. Tsamis, N.D. Vlachos, G. Zoupanos

TL;DR
This paper explores the relationship among Standard Model couplings to predict the Higgs mass and constrains the parameter space of the minimal supersymmetric Standard Model, especially the value of tanβ.
Contribution
It introduces a method to relate SM couplings to determine the Higgs mass and predicts a narrow tanβ window in the MSSM based on these relations.
Findings
Predicted Higgs mass based on coupling relations.
Narrow tanβ window in MSSM consistent with the relations.
Constraints on model parameters from coupling assumptions.
Abstract
Assuming the existence of a functional relation among the Standard Model (SM) couplings gauge and quartic , we determine the mass of the Higgs particle. Similar considerations for the top and bottom Yukawa couplings in the minimal supersymmetric SM lead to the prediction of a narrow window for , one of the main parameters that determine the light Higgs mass.
