In-medium Properties of \eta' Meson
Mariana Nanova for CBELSA/TAPS Collaboration

TL;DR
This study investigates the in-medium properties of the ta' meson through photoproduction experiments on various nuclei, revealing its absorption characteristics in nuclear matter and comparing it with other mesons.
Contribution
The paper provides new experimental data on ta' meson absorption in nuclei, enhancing understanding of its in-medium modifications and interactions.
Findings
ta' meson absorption varies with nuclear mass
Comparison shows ta' absorption differs from ta and mega mesons
Results contribute to understanding meson-nucleus interactions
Abstract
Using the Crystal Barrel(CB)/TAPS detector system at the ELSA accelerator facility in Bonn the \eta' photoproduction off nuclei (C, Ca, Nb and Pb) was studied via the hadronic decay channel \eta' -> \pi^0\pi^0\eta . Recent results on the in-medium properties of the \eta'-meson, derived from the transparency ratio measurements, are presented. The absorption of the \eta'-meson in nuclear matter is compared to the properties of other mesons (\eta, \omega).
