Existence results for integral viscoelastic fluids
Laurent Chupin

TL;DR
This paper establishes the existence and uniqueness of solutions for initial boundary value problems involving integral viscoelastic fluids, and also investigates the stationary case, contributing to the mathematical understanding of such fluid flows.
Contribution
It provides new mathematical proofs for existence and uniqueness of solutions in integral viscoelastic fluid models, including stationary flows.
Findings
Existence and uniqueness of solutions proved
Stationary solutions analyzed
Mathematical framework for integral viscoelastic fluids established
Abstract
We consider the flows of viscoelastic fluid which obey a constitutive law of integral type. The existence and uniqueness results for solutions of the initial boundary value problem are proved, and the stationary case is studied.
