TL;DR
This paper investigates the impact of meson-exchange currents on quasielastic neutrino-nucleus scattering and compares theoretical predictions with recent experimental data from MiniBooNE.
Contribution
It provides a detailed analysis of meson-exchange currents' role in neutrino scattering and offers a comparison with recent experimental measurements.
Findings
Meson-exchange currents significantly affect quasielastic neutrino cross sections.
Theoretical models incorporating meson-exchange currents align better with MiniBooNE data.
Results highlight the importance of meson-exchange effects in neutrino interaction modeling.
Abstract
We illustrate and discuss the role of meson-exchange currents in quasielastic neutrino-nucleus scattering induced by charged currents, comparing the results with the recent MiniBooNE data for differential and integrated cross sections.
