A removal lemma for linear configurations in subsets of the circle
Pablo Candela, Olof Sisask

TL;DR
This paper extends the removal lemma concept to linear configurations within subsets of the circle group, inspired by finite field results, and explores potential applications of this theoretical advancement.
Contribution
It introduces a removal lemma for linear systems over the circle group, adapting finite field techniques to a continuous setting, and discusses its applications.
Findings
Established a removal lemma for linear configurations in the circle group.
Demonstrated the applicability of the lemma to various problems.
Connected finite field results to the circle group context.
Abstract
We obtain a removal lemma for systems of linear equations over the circle group, using a similar result for finite fields due to Kr\'al, Serra and Vena, and we discuss some applications.
