Chained Quantum Arnold Transformations
Francisco F. L\'opez-Ruiz, Julio Guerrero, Victor Aldaya

TL;DR
This paper introduces a method using chained Quantum Arnold Transformations to model the wave function evolution of a particle in a harmonic trap, simulating ion capture and release processes.
Contribution
It presents a novel concatenation technique of Quantum Arnold Transformations to analyze dynamic trapping scenarios in quantum systems.
Findings
Successfully models ion trapping and release processes.
Provides a mathematical framework for simulating trap dynamics.
Enhances understanding of quantum control in trapping systems.
Abstract
We put forward the concatenation of Quantum Arnold Transformations as a tool to obtain the wave function of a particle subjected to a harmonic potential which is switched on and off successively. This simulates the capture and release process of an ion in a trap and provides a mathematical picture of this physical process.
