DN interaction from the Juelich meson-exchange model
L. Tolos, J. Haidenbauer, G. Krein

TL;DR
This paper models the $DN$ interaction using a meson-exchange approach inspired by the Juelich model, predicting the $ ext{Lambda}_c$(2595) resonance as a $DN$ quasi-bound state and providing scattering data.
Contribution
It introduces a $DN$ interaction model based on SU(4) symmetry and dynamically generates the $ ext{Lambda}_c$(2595) resonance, extending the meson-exchange framework.
Findings
Predicts $DN$ scattering lengths and cross sections.
Dynamically generates the $ ext{Lambda}_c$(2595) resonance.
Highlights the role of the $\pi ext{Sigma}_c$ threshold.
Abstract
The interaction is studied in close analogy to the meson-exchange potential of the Juelich group using SU(4) symmetry constraints. The model generates the (2595) resonance dynamically as a quasi-bound state. Results for scattering lengths and cross sections are presented and compared with predictions based on the Weinberg-Tomozawa term. Some features of the (2595) resonance are also discussed emphasizing the role of the near-by threshold.
