Noisy-Interference Sum-Rate Capacity for Vector Gaussian Interference Channels
Xiaohu Shang, and H. Vincent Poor

TL;DR
This paper establishes new sufficient conditions under which vector Gaussian interference channels can achieve their sum-rate capacity by simply treating interference as noise, extending previous results and providing more concise criteria for MISO and SIMO cases.
Contribution
It introduces generalized and more concise sufficient conditions for sum-rate capacity achievement in vector Gaussian interference channels, including special MISO and SIMO scenarios.
Findings
Derived new sufficient conditions for sum-rate capacity with noise treatment.
Generalized conditions extend existing results.
Provided concise criteria for MISO and SIMO cases.
Abstract
New sufficient conditions for a vector Gaussian interference channel to achieve the sum-rate capacity by treating interference as noise are derived, which generalize the existing results. More concise conditions for multiple-input-single-output, and single-input-multiple-output scenarios are obtained.
