Comment on "Gravitino Dark Matter and Baryon Asymmetry from Q-ball Decay in Gauge Mediation (arXiv:1107.0403)"
Francesca Doddato, John McDonald

TL;DR
This paper refutes a claim that our gravitino dark matter model from Q-ball decay is incompatible with BBN constraints, clarifying that the previous conclusion was incorrect.
Contribution
It provides a critical correction to a prior claim, defending the viability of the gravitino dark matter model from Q-ball decay.
Findings
The previous claim about model exclusion is incorrect.
Our model remains compatible with BBN constraints.
Clarification of the impact of NLSP decay on BBN.
Abstract
We comment on a statement made in arXiv:1107.0403, which implies that the model of gravitino dark matter from Q-ball decay we presented in arXiv:1101.5328 is generally ruled out by the effect of NLSP decay on BBN. We explain why this statement is incorrect.
