Fluctuations, correlations and some other recent results from lattice QCD
Swagato Mukherjee

TL;DR
This paper reviews recent lattice QCD results focusing on fluctuations of conserved charges and their relevance to heavy-ion collision experiments, highlighting new insights into QCD thermodynamics.
Contribution
It provides a summary of recent lattice QCD findings on fluctuations and correlations of conserved charges relevant to heavy-ion physics, emphasizing their experimental implications.
Findings
Fluctuations of conserved charges are computed with lattice QCD.
Connections between lattice results and experimental event-by-event fluctuations are discussed.
Recent results improve understanding of QCD phase structure in heavy-ion collisions.
Abstract
I summarize recent results from lattice QCD on a few selected topics which are of interest to the heavy-ion physics community. Special emphasis is placed upon observables related to fluctuations of conserved charges and their connection to event-by-event fluctuations in heavy-ion collision experiments.
